the resort has multiple amazing features. the room was a superior queen or twin beds pool view. it had very good air conditioning and a stocked mini bar. there were several pools and a private beach area. the waterpark access provided a fun alternative to swimming in the sea.
i noticed that the gym equipments were a bit old and could use an update.

the staff were always helpful and attentive to needs. the waiters in the restaurant made sure drinks were refilled quickly. housekeeping maintained the room impeccably with fresh towels and amenities daily, and the reception staff promptly addressed inquiries.

The hotel boasts beautifully designed rooms that ensure comfort and luxury. I enjoyed the spaciousness. Dining was good with varied cuisines, so I found every meal wonderful. The restaurants offer great choices! I felt welcomed by the attentive staff who ensured a smooth stay. Ali made perfect arrangements for me. The architecture is fine, blending modern style with Arabesque elements, I think this makes it visually pleasing.
I noticed employees do not take orders frequently enough at the pools, also at the beaches. Increasing this would enhance the experience.

The Beautiful Queen room features elegant decor and a well-stocked minibar, therefore it ensured a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning system maintained a consistent temperature.

There are five swimming pools. a private beach area. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, I was able to maintain my exercise routine. The spa provides a range of treatments, such as massages and facials.

Staff members were helpful and addressed requests promptly. Daily housekeeping kept the rooms clean, I think this helped maintain a pleasant environment.

The main restaurant offers buffet-style dining with many options. Basilico serves Italian cuisine, while ROKA provides Asian fusion, and I enjoyed this variety. Zaytoun offers Levantine flavors.

i found the gym to be good. it included necessary equipment for a decent workout. the hotel offered delicious and varied food options , including lots of fresh fruit.
during check-out , they asked me to review the hotel right there. they insisted we do it together and guided me to give the hotel the highest possible rating. i did not like this at all. the coral reef seemed grey with fewer colorful fishes , but perhaps i was unlucky with the timing.
